Edward Terino is our Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. From September 2001 until June 2005, Mr. Terino was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Art Technology Group, Inc, an international publicly traded application software company. From 1999 to 2001 Mr. Terino was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Applix, Inc, an international publicly traded company which focused on business intelligence solutions for the Global 2000 market. From 1996 to 1999 Mr. Terino was the Chief Financial Officer for Celerity Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded eBusiness software developer. Mr. Terino has previously worked as consultant with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Terino is currently on the Board of Directors for EBT International, Inc and Celerity Solutions, Inc. |
