Mr. Westerman was formerly a partner in the financial advisory services practice of Deloitte & Touche where he provided forensic accounting services regarding SEC and fraud investigations, asset tracing, whistleblower actions, and purchase price disputes. He also has significant experience regarding insurance claims as well as complex litigation matters, including various aspects of liability and damage quantification issues.
Mr. Westerman has testified at deposition, arbitration, and state court and has served as an arbitrator as well as a third party neutral in various dispute matters. He has participated in numerous presentations, and he has authored publications regarding aspects of forensic accounting, litigation, and insurance consulting matters.
