Ed's responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations which include technical and customer support on all of Contivo's products and services as well as working closely with the financial team. Prior to this role, Ed managed the Customer Care team whose responsibility was to provide world class customer support and professional services to all clients, both prospects and existing customers. Before joining Contivo, Ed was the Director of Integration for Legendary Systems, a consulting firm based in Oakland , CA , where he worked on SAP, EDI and XML integrations. Prior to that, Ed spent 11 years at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream holding various positions in IT hardware and software operations, deployment, and architecture. |
