Mr. Edward Wizner is Vice President of Development/Redevelopment. Mr. Wizner is responsible for implementing and directing new development projects and value-added redevelopments of existing shopping centers for the Company. Prior to joining Ramco-Gershenson, Mr. Wizner was an Executive managing development projects at Grand/Sakwa Properties, LLC. With over 17 years of real estate industry experience, Mr. Wizner also held various positions with Ford Motor Land Development Corporation, including overseeing leasing and development. Mr. Wizner holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA with concentrations in finance and marketing from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Mr. Wizner has previously been honored by Crain's Detroit Business in its annual "40 Under 40" feature. Mr. Wizner is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
