Mr. Zipf assists in managing the firm�s securities litigation and regulatory practice group. He represents registered individuals and brokerage firms in a wide variety of complex issues such as fraud, suitability, and churning in the sale of securities; employee conflicts; and interfirm issues. In addition to his State and Federal court practice, Mr. Zipf has had extensive experience in arbitration and regulatory proceedings and investigations before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Association of Securities Dealers, the New York Stock Exchange, and various State regulators. Mr. Zipf has lectured on alternative dispute resolution at Seton Hall University School of Law. He also counsels clients on establishing broker/dealers through acquisition of existing firms or creation of new organizations. Mr. Zipf is a member of the American Bar Association, the Morris County and New Jersey State Bar Associations, the Securities Regulation and Litigation Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Compliance and Legal Division of the Securities Industry Association. |
