Mr. Marcial, who has been our Chief Technology Officer since February 2000, is responsible for all systems development and our overall technology strategy. He oversees the software design and development initiatives of our information technology professionals in the areas of project management, software development and quality assurance. Mr. Marcial joined the software development team at Continental Power Exchange, Inc. in 1996 and has 12 years of IT experience building large-scale systems in the energy industry. Prior to joining Continental Power Exchange, Inc., he led design and development teams at GE-Harris building software applications for the company's energy management systems. Mr. Marcial earned a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering at the University of Florida. |
