Edwin Zephirin is Vice President of Human Resources, where he directs all aspects of domestic and international human resources, including compensation/benefits, Learning and Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Talent Management and Recruitment to meet the needs the development and all IGY employees. Prior to joining IGY, he was with Hilton International Company as Vice President, Human Resources for North America, Caribbean, Central and South America. Mr. Zephirin also worked with Hilton in Africa, Middle East, United Kingdom and on project work in Asia Pacific. He was educated in the United States and the United Kingdom where he obtained his degrees in Hospitality Management and Human Resources. |
