Eileen Black is Vice President of Accounting - Controller of OSG Billing Services. Black is responsible for the management of the finance and accounting areas at OSG Billing Services, in addition to overseeing human resources.
She joined the company in 2001, bringing 18 years of accounting and financial expertise to the company. Prior to joining OSG Billing Services, Black spent several years as a corporate controller in manufacturing and service companies in the aerospace, advertising and hospitality industries. She served as a divisional controller with RDI, a subsidiary of Monsanto, Inc. and was promoted a year later to corporate controller. She remained in that position for six additional years when the company was sold to Sumitomo Heavy Industries of Japan. Black is a graduate of the College of New Jersey with a BS in accounting and computer science and obtained her CPA while working at Main Hurdman (now part of KPMG International). She is also a member of the Financial Executives Institute. |
