Eileen Conn is the Los Angeles Regional Vice President for Charles Dunn Real Estate Services, Inc. She is responsible for the management of over 7 million square feet of commercial real estate. Eileen also oversees a talented team of property management staff, portfolio management staff as well as handling the daily operations and business development of Charles Dunn management services in the corporate office. Eileen manages a mixed portfolio of commercial accounts ranging from retail, office, industrial, and residential property management services in the Los Angeles County. In this role, she coordinates tenant relations, rent collections, forecast budgets, report financials, CAM billings and management operations. Ms. Conn has more than 12 years in combined experience in property management, portfolio management and asset management of commercial real estate properties.
