Elaine Kumpula concentrates her practice in immigration law. She represents corporate and professional clients on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters and has extensive experience petitioning for virtually all types of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and labor certifications. She advises employers on a wide variety of immigration-related issues, including employer sanctions, limited hiring policies, international personnel programs and employment-based emigration. Elaine also represents individuals on family-based immigration matters, naturalization and relinquishment of citizenship.
Elaine has practiced immigration law for more than 20 years, and her experience includes working as an in-house immigration attorney for an international consulting company and as a sole practitioner specializing in immigration law.
