Elena Paras Ketchum, born in Tampa, Florida, was educated at Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, Georgia, where she received her B.A. with high honors, and at the University Of Florida College Of Law, where she received her J.D. with honors in 1997. While at the University of Florida College of Law, Ms. Ketchum received a book award in Comparative Tort Litigation and Rules of Procedure. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ketchum was an Assistant State Attorney with the State Attorney's Office for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Hillsborough County, assigned to the Felony Division. Ms. Ketchum is a member of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association, and The Florida Bar. Ms. Ketchum serves as a Director of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, serves on the Executive Council of the Florida Bar's Business Law Section and as Co-Chair of the Community Service Committee of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Ms. Ketchum is the recipient of the James M. "Red" McEwen Memorial Award, an award presented by the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Ms. Ketchum is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. POSITION: Partner
