Elena Minkin practices in the General Business Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups in the St. Louis, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC.
Elena's practice focuses on employment litigation, including lawsuits involving race, disability, sex and religious discrimination, workers' compensation retaliation, non-compete contracts, benefits and compensation. She also provides advice to clients regarding a wide range of employment matters such as hiring, discipline, leave and discharge issues, employment policies and handbooks, and unlawful discrimination and harassment.
Elena counsels and represents clients such as Fortune 500 companies and other corporations, privately-held companies and individuals in federal and state courts and in administrative proceedings throughout the country. Elena's business litigation work includes complex litigation matters involving contract disputes, business torts and class action defense.
Elena is involved in all aspects of litigation from its initial filing to disposition. She has extensive motion practice experience and has handled all levels of discovery, including dispositive motions.
Elena is a licensed mental health counselor and worked as a psychotherapist prior to attending law school. She is fluent in Russian.
