Eli Nathanson joined Pryor Cashman in 1999 as an associate in the Corporate Department, and in 2001 migrated over to the Branding, Licensing and Enforcement Group. He became a partner in January 2007.
Eli is trained in all areas of corporate law, and has counseled both public and private, established and emerging growth companies in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, private debt and equity offerings, securities law compliance and corporate governance.
Eli's practice now focuses on licensing matters, representing and counseling individuals and entities including entertainment companies, advertising and public relations firms, high profile recording artists and celebrities, fashion designers and media executives in connection with licensing, promotional and endorsement activity, joint ventures, general brand development and protection, and other intellectual property and entertainment related transactions, with a particular emphasis on trademark licensing in connection with a variety of consumer products, goods and services. |
