Elias Eliopoulos is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm�s New York Office. As a member of the Corporate Department and the Firm�s Real Estate Practice Group, Elias� primary focus is commercial real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions, financing and the structuring of partnerships for the purchase and operation of real estate assets. He also has broad experience in commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants in restaurant and retail leasing and tenants in office, warehouse and industrial leasing transactions. Clients have included hotel, office building and residential developers and operators, investment banks and foreign and U.S. investors.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and served as Secretary of the Real Property Law Committee of the Association during the 2000-2001 and 2001-2002 committee years.

Represented investment bank in build-to-suit lease for 110,000 square foot office in upstate New York
Represented hotel owner/operator in leasing of restaurant, bar and retail space in hotels in New York, Los Angeles, Miami and San Francisco
Represented Spanish company in acquisition of 100-room boutique hotel in New York City and negotiation of operating lease with hotel manager
