Elie Housman has served as Chairman of InkSure Technologies, Inc. since February 2002.
Previously, he was a principal at Charterhouse Group International, a privately held merchant bank, from 1989 until June 2001. At Charterhouse, Mr. Housman was involved in the acquisition of a number of companies with total sales of several hundred million dollars. Mr. Housman also served as the Chairman of Novo Plc. in London, a leading company in the broadcast storage and services industry.
At present, Mr. Housman is a director of a number of privately held companies in the United States. He became a member of the Supervisory Board of ICTS in 2002. |
