Eliel Flores is an Associate in the Business Practices Group in Los Angeles. He specializes in public and private mergers and acquisitions, private financings and securities.
Mr. Flores has worked with both public and private entities, Fortune 500, mid-market and emerging growth companies in industries such as technology, manufacturing, consumer products and services. He is experienced in responding to SEC comments and interacting with the SEC, and he has comprehensive 1934 Act and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance experience.
Mr. Flores also served as a pro bono counsel via the Public Counsel Law Center representing a non-profit organization in connection with a complex affiliation agreement.
Mr. Flores earned his J.D. at UCLA School of Law where he was a Thurgood Marshall Law Scholar and a staff writer for Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. He received his B.A. from Columbia University.
