Eliezer Manor serves as a director since July 2003. Mr. Manor has 13 years of experience in military research and development with Electro-Optics, Night Vision and Fire control. He has 5 years of experience in hi-tech entrepreneurship. Mr. Manor founded and managed two venture capital funds: in Israel and in Silicon Valley, California. He is Founder and Board Member of the Israel Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. He has consulted foreign Governments on establishment of hitech and venture capital industries. Mr. Manor is a board member of Trans Balkan Fund Private Equity Fund active in Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia. Recently he was appointed member of the Executive Steering Committee of the China Venture Capital Forum.
