Hugh Robertson, a partner at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP since 1987, is the leader of the firm's global finance group. From 1981 to 1984 Mr. Robertson practiced at Milbank's London office and from 1986 to 1989 at Milbank's Hong Kong office.
Mr. Robertson has extensive experience representing airlines, underwriters, lenders and lessors in aircraft finance matters including EETC transactions, acquisition financings, aircraft portfolio securitizations, domestic and cross-border leases. Mr. Robertson's experience also includes financings of aircraft engines and flight simulators and other extensions of credit to the airline sector. Mr. Robertson has lectured widely on the subject of aircraft financing.
Mr. Robertson received his Bachelor's degree from Yale University and his law degree from the University of Virginia.
Mr. Robertson is a member of the American and New York State Bar Associations. |
