Dr. Anan attended medical school at Temple University (Philadelphia, PA), where she was a member in the Alpha Epsilon Pre-Medical Honor Society, and completed her residency training at UMDNJ-NJ Medical School. She is a board certified physiatrist with a sub-specialty certification in spinal cord injury medicine.
Dr. Anan, who joined Kessler in 1995, currently serves as Clinical Chief of Amputee Services. In this position, she oversees the entire amputee rehabilitation process, including wound care and pre- and post-prosthetic management.
In addition to her concentration in amputee services, Dr. Anan also treats individuals with other general rehabilitation diagnoses. She is on the faculty at the UMDNJ-NJ Medical School and a member of several medical associations. She has also co-authored several key papers on rehabilitation.
