Elise J. Grace received her Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of California at Los Angeles, where she graduated summa cum laude Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Grace received her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and was the recipient of a Dean's Academic Scholarship.
Ms. Grace joined the Firm in 2004 and currently represents institutional and individual clients in federal securities class actions around the country. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Grace was an associate at Brobeck Phleger & Harrison LLP and Clifford Chance US LLP where she represented several companies, including Broadcom Corporation and TD Waterhouse, Inc., in complex business and securities class actions.
Ms. Grace is also an adjunct Professor of Law at Pepperdine, where she teaches civil trial preparation and settlement. |
