She has extensive experience in employment law compliance, strategic planning, project management, human resources, and diversity and inclusion.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
Established and aligned company�s comprehensive diversity strategy with overall business strategy, gaining CEO and senior management support, leading to the development of the Diversity Leadership Council, resulting in average hiring rates for women/people of color at the executive level of 40%, leading to the recognition of ARAMARK as one of the top companies for diversity by FORTUNE and Black Enterprise.
Advanced diversity brand for ARAMARK, "Kaleidoscope," which improved applicants� and employees� understanding of ARAMARK�s diversity recruitment and retention efforts and contributed to positive employee feedback on the diversity strategy.
Developed diversity modules for four levels of leadership training, launched on-line awareness training to over 20,000 salaried employees, and developed diversity training for front line employees which educated employees about the company�s diversity commitment, enhanced day-to-day decision-making, and gained increased employee engagement.
Led the Employment Practices, Labor Relations, and Safety teams and enhanced the efficiency of data reporting for 5,000 annual Affirmative Action Plans, managed the response to a corporate organizing campaign launched by the company�s two largest unions, and led the successful effort to drive safety as a value throughout the company.
