Elizabeth is an attorney in the Securities and Capital Markets practice. She represents public companies in corporate governance and compliance issues as related to SEC, NYSE, and NASDAQ rules and regulations and advises on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. She also represents issuers and underwriters in public and private equity debt offerings. Elizabeth is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. She tutors and mentors in the Cleveland Public Schools as a volunteer with Calfee�s 3R�s program. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, her M.B.A. from Cleveland State University, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Baldwin-Wallace College. Elizabeth joined Calfee in 2007. |
