Professional Experience
Ms. Fierman�s practice is primarily focused on complex commercial litigation. She has represented corporations, partnerships, business owners, and individuals in a broad range of business litigation matters.
Ms. Fierman has handled contract disputes, large-scale environmental litigation, copyright infringement actions, unfair competition and unfair business practices claims, insurance issues, and employment actions.
She is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation in both state and federal court, including discovery, law and motion, and trial work. Ms. Fierman is licensed to practice law in California and Arizona.
