Elizabeth L. Reeves heads human resources for Lincoln Financial Group. Before joining Lincoln in January 2005, Reeves was senior vice president of human resources at Servicemaster, a leading services company in Chicago, Ill., with over 45,000 employees. She was responsible for the overall human resources strategy, including benefits, payroll, compensation, leadership development, and performance management. Prior to her success at Servicemaster, Reeves managed global human resource teams across 520 subsidiaries and 90 countries at a leading marketing communications company. She has also redesigned and renegotiated health and benefits plans to enhance effectiveness while reducing costs. Throughout her 20-year career, Reeves has held several other senior leadership positions at major corporations including General Electric, where she began her career in the human resources management program. Reeves holds a bachelor of arts in psychology from the University of North Carolina and a masters degree in labor and industrial relations from the University of Cincinnati. Reeves previously served as a mentor in Menttium, which mentors high potential women from major Chicago area companies, a tutor for Partners in Education and a member of the President�s Advisory Council for the greater metropolitan YWCA. |
