Ms. Graybill is an associate in the Litigation Department at Brown Rudnick. She has represented clients in the areas of labor and employment, antitrust, products liability, international and domestic complex civil litigation, government contracts, and NAFTA investor-state arbitration. She has also dedicated her time to the pro bono representation of clients in political and gender asylum cases.
Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Ms. Graybill was an associate at Jones Day in Washington, DC. She also previously served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable John G. Heyburn II in the US District Court for the Western District of Kentucky in Louisville and as a legislative assistant to US Congressman James H. Maloney (D-CT) in Washington, DC.
Ms. Graybill is proficient in French and has a basic understanding of German.
