Elizabeth Tse joined Kenyon & Kenyon as an associate in 2005. Her practice focuses primarily on patent litigation in the electrical and telecommunications fields. She has been involved in all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial and appellate practice. Prior to joining Kenyon & Kenyon, Ms. Tse practiced patent litigation at a national law firm where she worked on cases involving avionics, pharmaceuticals and life sciences.
While attending law school, Ms. Tse was a judicial intern with the Honorable Arthur J. Gajarsa, Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She was also a managing editor of the Law Review. |
