Beth Sims focuses her practice on assisting financial institutions with corporate and regulatory matters. She also represents non-profit organizations with formation and organizational issues. Prior to law school, Beth Sims was the Access to Justice Coordinator for the Tennessee Bar Association, and she has extensive experience working with Tennessee's non-profit community. She has served on the board of directors of the Highlander Research and Education Center and Community Shares of Tennessee.
