Elizabeth Y. McCuskey is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Liz received her bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999, magna cum laude, with distinction in history. She received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2005, where she was a senior editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law. During law school, Liz taught a section of the Legal Research and Writing course for first-year students. She also served on the board of a pro bono clinic.
