Elizabeth Davis has been consulting in the legal marketplace for more than twenty years. She is an expert in working collaboratively with the legal departments of Fortune 500 companies and smaller, fast-growing companies to develop strategic restructuring, operational improvement, and litigation financial management strategies that eliminate costs, streamline operations, and improve business intelligence models. She has performed data mining on litigation and litigation threat portfolios for the purposes of identifying patterns in causation and preventing recurrence. Ms. Davis also provides customized benchmarking and surveys in the areas of legal spending, best practices, and compensation. Prior to joining CRA, Ms. Davis led Navigant�s Legal Business Consulting practice. Previously, she was also a partner at Arthur Andersen where she consulted on some of the largest securities trading disputes of the 1980s and 1990s and later helped the firm establish an international legal function. |
