Elizabeth has spent all of her professional career within the Human Resources sector, focusing on different aspects of the business-corporate human resources, recruitment advertising and most recently executive search. Elizabeth began her career working within Human Resources at the Corporate Headquarters of AON, a world leader in insurance and specialty services, including human capital consulting. In 1996, she joined GTR Advertising, a regional recruitment advertising agency in Cleveland, Ohio, which was subsequently acquired in April 2000 by TMP Worldwide (now known as Monster Worldwide). After seven years in the recruitment advertising side of the business, Elizabeth decided to take her human resources knowledge and client management skills and expand her career into the executive search industry. She joined Signium International Meridian Partners in October, 2003.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree (double major of Philosophy and English Literature) from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, U.S.A.
