All Beth has to do is stay on top of hundreds and hundreds of jobs in various states of production at any given time. She manages to be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the creative department's workflow, assigning designers, copywriters and production artists to TC&C projects, ensuring that each is completed according to schedule. Prior to joining the agency, Beth worked as an insurance underwriter in Toronto and a law librarian in Buffalo, and raised her two children, Jake and Claire, in between.
