Elizabeth Holland is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on patent and related litigation. Ms. Holland has litigated patents in the pharmaceutical, chemical, medical device and consumer products areas, and has particular expertise in generic drug ("ANDA") litigation.
Prior to joining Kenyon & Kenyon, Ms. Holland litigated high-profile patent, securities and contract cases at a large general-practice firm.
Ms. Holland is a member of the New York City Bar Association Patents Committee, and has been actively involved in pro bono work through the Civil Division of The Legal Aid Society and through Volunteers of Legal Services.
