Ms. Keenen is a civil trial attorney whose practice includes construction, commercial, and bankruptcy litigation. Ms. Keenen has experience in state and federal court in Colorado, including the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. Ms. Keenen also has considerable experience in case management, settlement negotiations, taking depositions, retention of experts, and motions practice. Ms. Keenen�s bankruptcy practice includes representation of creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 Bankruptcy Proceedings, including, administering 11 U.S.C. �� 523 and 727 Adversary Proceedings, defending against and negotiating settlements of 11 U.S.C. �� 547 and 548 actions, drafting objections to disclosure statements, preparing motions for relief from automatic stay, proofs of claim and motions for admission pro hac vice for co-counsel and conducting Fed.R.Bankr.P. 2004 Examinations. Ms. Keenen received her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania, cum laude, in 2001, where she was an Associate Editor of the Villanova Law Review and earned a distinction for the highest grade in Decedents' Estates and Trusts. Ms. Keenen received her Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, in 1998. Ms. Keenen was admitted to practice in the State of Colorado and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado in 2001. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, and the Denver Bar Association. |
