Liz joined the Oil and Gas Asset Clearinghouse ULC in 2007 from Flagship Energy Inc., a technically oriented junior company where she was Vice President of Exploration and founder since its inception in 2005. From 2002 to 2005 she held the position of Senior Geologist for Crossfield Gas Corp, a private junior company, and its successor public company Bear Creek Energy Inc. Prior to Bear Creek, Liz held the position of Senior Geologist from 2000 to 2002 with Encal Energy and its successor company Calpine Canada . From 1997 to 2000 she held the position of Senior Geologist with Altana Exploration Company and prior to Altana From 1982 to 1997 she held various technical and geological positions with Gulf Canada Resources Inc. Lis is a graduate of Dalhousie University in Halifax , N.S. Where she earned an Honours B.Sc degree specializing in Geology. She is an active member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta and is also a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Geologists
