Elizabeth has been involved in the legal search and staffing industry since 1996, when she co-founded Counsel Per Diem, a legal staffing company. Counsel Per Diem later became part of C|N in 1998. Since becoming a legal recruiter, Elizabeth has actively participated the American Staffing Association and the Eastern Chapter of the Pennsylvania Staffing Association, in which she served as an initial founding member. She has also been a member the Philadelphia Bar Association and its Women in the Profession Committee and chaired its Lawyers at Home Subcommittee. Prior to becoming a legal recruiter, Elizabeth was a practicing attorney in New York City. She is a graduate of Rosemont College and New York Law School.
