Elizabeth Bagley-Woodward, co-founder of Woodward Innovations, began her career in learning technology as a Systems Administrator at California State University, Fresno. There, she co-designed and implemented the Central Valley Internet Project (CVIP), the first revenue-generating education Internet service provider in California. CVIP subsidized Internet services and provided funding for instructional hardware and software. In 1997, Ms. Woodward became a technical course developer for IBM Tivoli. At Tivoli, she developed innovative instructor-led and e-learning deliverables, new processes, and award-winning technology. In 2002, she joined corporate-wide IBM Learning as a Program Manager. There she led 33 teams across 20 countries to produce technical learning. The programs aligned skills of over 300,000 employees with key corporate strategies and resulted in millions of dollars in increased productivity. Ms. Woodward has invented and has patents pending for more than a dozen learning technologies and processes. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Fresno. |
