Elkins Wetherill is Senior Regional Development Officer for First Industrial Development Services� development and construction activities in the Philadelphia, Harrisburg and Baltimore markets. Mr. Wetherill joined First Industrial in 2001 and has over 30 years of construction and development experience. His development experience includes: President of Wetherill Group, where he was involved in design/build sales and financing of industrial properties; President of Blue Elk Companies, an industrial developer; and Director of Real Estate for Altemose Companies, a hotel, office, and industrial developer. Mr. Wetherill holds a BA and MA from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Pennsylvania. |
