Ella handles matters relating to all aspects of employment litigation, including defending employers in state and federal court in cases involving all types of employment claims. Her practice also involves advice counseling, training workshops and conducting internal investigations. Before she joined the firm in 1999, Ella was an associate with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in California. Her practice there focused on all aspects of labor and employment law and included general litigation and environmental law. |
