Ms. Sanborn is a Principal and Communication Practice Leader, responsible for helping companies successfully communicate benefit and compensation programs to employees. Ms. Sanborn has considerable experience in planning and managing projects in all media, including the design and production of print, audiovisual and web communications. She has handled assignments in all areas of benefits, including health and welfare, flexible benefits, managed care and retirement. Ms. Sanborn has conducted employee meetings, focus groups and employee attitude surveys and has trained supervisors and meeting leaders in technical benefit issues. Ms. Sanborn also functions as an account manager in the outsourcing practice area, providing support and advice to client human resource and benefit personnel, coordinating and implementing ongoing in-house benefit activities and supervising a benefit representative call center staff. Ms. Sanborn has 20+ years of benefit communication experience. Before joining Stone-Partners, she was a principal and communications consultant for HCC Employee Benefits, Inc. (and its predecessor company, J. E. Stone & Associates, Inc.) and a regional communications consultant with Buck Consultants. Some of her clients have included Cooper Cameron Corporation, CHRISTUS Health, Baker Hughes Incorporated, BJ Services Company, Continental Emsco, Dal-Tile Corporation, Powell Electrical Manufacturing Co., and Veritas DCG Inc. Ms. Sanborn is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a BA degree in Journalism.
