Ellen is the portfolio manager for the Ironwood Mezzanine and Ironwood Equity Funds. She is also responsible for SBA compliance, financial reporting and limited partner relations. Her experience includes mezzanine financing, the securitization of various asset classes, senior debt placements, commercial mortgage financings and raising capital for investment funds. Prior to joining Ironwood Capital in 1994, Ellen was an investment professional in the Bond Investment Department of Aetna, Inc. where she held a variety of positions in the areas of quantitative research, public bond trading, municipal bond credit analysis and investment portfolio strategy. She has co-authored articles and delivered speeches on the topic of asset securitization and has represented Ironwood at industry conferences and professional seminars. |
