Elliot J. Wagner is a Vice President focused on global buyout opportunities in the aerospace, defense, technology and business services sectors. He is based in Washington, DC.
Mr. Wagner has played a key role in the execution of Carlyle's investments in Wesco Aircraft, Piedmont Hawthorne/Garrett Aviation, Avio and Communications & Power Industries. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Wagner was a Financial Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Lehman Brothers, where he focused on transactions in the industrial, aerospace, defense and technology sectors.
Mr. Wagner graduated with distinction from Cornell University, where he received a B.S. in economics and business management. Mr. Wagner is a member of the Board of Directors of Wesco Holdings Inc. and US Investigations Services, Inc. |
