Elliot S. Kaplan has served as a director of the Company since May 1988. He is a name partner and former Chairman of the Executive Board of the law firm of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. and has practiced law continuously with that firm since 1961. Mr. Kaplan is also a director and officer of Best Buy Co., Inc. Mr. Kaplan holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Kaplan is Vice-Chair of the University of Minnesota Foundation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Naples, and a director of the Minnesota Historical Society. |
