Dr. Elliot Nipomnick serves as the Regional Director of Coastal California. Dr. Nipomnick is board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Physicians since 1985. Dr. Nipomnick previously served as Medical Director of the Emergency Departments at St. Rose Hospital in Hayward, California, Brookside Hospital in San Pablo, California, Brookings Urgent Care Clinic in Brookings, Oregon and Sutter Coast Hospital in Crescent City, California. He was Director of the Del Norte County Correctional Facility Medical Service and served as the Director of Northcoast EMS in Crescent City, California. He has worked clinically as an Emergency Physician at Children�s Hospital Medical Center and Pacific Presbyterian Medical Center, Chinese Hospital, and Kaiser S.F. in San Francisco, California and is currently full-time at Chinese Hospital. Dr. Nipomnick earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biological Sciences from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio. He earned a Master of Arts Degree in Biological Sciences form Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. Dr. Nipomnick earned his medical degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook Health Sciences Center in Stony Brook, New York. He completed his Internship at Presbyterian Hospital Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, California. Dr. Nipomnick has been the Chairman of the Alameda Contra Costa Emergency Physicians Association since 1994, serves as an expert reviewer for the CA Board of Medical Examiners, CMS, and Lumetra, and is a Lecturer in the CEME sponsored course High Risk Emergency Medicine. |
