As Prescient�s senior vice president of field operations, Elliot Zimmerman is responsible for managing Prescient�s prospects and install base accounts, as well as defining the go-to-market strategy for Prescient�s solution offerings, professional services and outsourced business services.
From 2004 until joining Prescient, Zimmerman was director of professional services for Navis. During his tenure there, Zimmerman built an implementation consulting practice to support company growth, managed all client engagement activities, defined the company�s implementation approach and methodology, and established partnerships to augment consulting resources.
From 1996 to 2004, Zimmerman served as director of consulting services for the inventory and logistics practice at Manugistics. While at Manugistics, Zimmerman led key client engagements, ensured quality for multiple system implementations, and managed and mentored the inventory and logistics team. He also helped direct the strategy for service offerings, applications, and consultant certification. During his tenure at Manugistics, Zimmerman honed his supply chain skills, receiving top honors for implementation and management of Manugistics solutions with more than 25 Fortune 500 companies in the consumer products, retail, and grocery industries.
Zimmerman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in logistics and transportation from the University of Maryland.
