ELLIOTT A. ROTH, CPA, MBA, CFE, CVA, is Partner-in-Charge of Accounting and Auditing, and Quality Control, as well as a Partner in the firm's Litigation Support Services practice. He has extensive experience in financial statement presentations and forensic accounting, as well as litigation support and valuations of closely-held businesses. As Partner-in-Charge of the Accounting and Auditing practice, Elliott consults with numerous companies on accounting and financial statement presentation issues. He also collaborates frequently with attorneys on litigation matters. Elliott has taught at the university level for over 25 years and is a frequent speaker on topics related to accounting at universities, PICPA seminars, business and professional organizations, law firms and financial institutions. Elliott has published articles in several legal newsletters and periodicals, and recently completed 20 years as an Adjunct Lecturer in Temple University's Executive MBA Program.He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of CPAs, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and PKF North American Network's Legal Services Committee. Elliott is also active in his community as a member of the Pops Committee of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Orchestra Association, the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and the National Liberty Museum. Elliott is a summa cum laude graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University.` |
