Elliott H. Jurgensen Jr. has been a director at BSQUARE since January 2003. His term of office as a director exspires at this year's Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Jurgensen retired from KPMG LLP in 2003 after 32 years including 23 years as a partner. During his career he has held a number of leadership roles including Managing Partner of the Bellevue Washington office from 1982 to 1991 and Managing Partner of the Seattle Washington office from 1993 to 2002. He is also a director of McCormick & Schmick�s Seafood Restaurants Inc. Isilon Systems Inc. and ASC Management Inc. Mr. Jurgensen has a B.S. in accounting from San Jose State University. |
