Mr. Jurgensen will become a director of the company immediately before we close our initial public offering. Mr. Jurgensen retired from KPMG LLP in 2003 after 32 years, including 23 years as a partner. At KPMG, he held a number of leadership roles, including: National Partner in Charge of KPMG's Hospitality Industry Practice from 1981 to 1993, Managing Partner of the Bellevue, Washington office from 1982 to 1991, and Managing Partner of the Seattle, Washington office from 1993 to 2002. His professional experience focused on providing business advisory and audit services to clients ranging from emerging businesses to large multinational public companies. His industry experience includes software, e-commerce, life sciences, hospitality, long-term care and manufacturing. He is also a director of Toolbuilders Laboratories, Inc., a developer of innovative software security and development tools for government and commercial enterprises. Mr. Jurgensen has a B.S. in accounting from San Jose State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
