Mr. Hall's practice focuses on government policy and practice matters with emphasis on legislative issues pertaining to the automotive industry, as well as matters relating to municipalities.
Active in the business community, Mr. Hall serves on many corporate boards in Detroit and Washington, D.C.
Prior to joining Dykema, Mr. Hall was the first African American Vice President and former Vice President, Washington Affairs and Dealer Development for Ford Motor Company where he was responsible for the development and growth of new Ford dealers, with an emphasis on recruiting qualified minorities and women.
Mr. Hall was the first African American Chief Assistant Prosecutor for Wayne County, Michigan and the first African American Corporation Counsel for the City of Detroit. He also worked in private legal practice, focusing on education and labor law.
