Founded in 1981 and currently, has operations in Hughes County, Oklahoma and production in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Ellis graduated with a B.S. degree from Phillips University and then graduated with a Masters Degree in Geology from the University of Oklahoma in 1974. He was first employed by Union Texas Petroleum Company in Midland, Texas and later transferred to Oklahoma City. After working for Coquina Oil Corporation and Cummings Oil Company he opened an Oklahoma City office for Laguna Petroleum where he was in charge of exploration for the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandle areas. Since 1981 Mr. Randolph in addition to running Creede Oil & Gas Company has done geologic evaluation consulting for various operators, concentrating in the Anadarko Basin of Oklahoma and Texas.
