Elnardo J. Webster II concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and regulatory and government affairs. Mr. Webster advises a wide range of clients, including health care providers, regulated utilities, insurance companies, and developers, as well as business and entrepreneurial companies. Mr. Webster has represented clients before governmental agencies such as the Department of Health, the Casino Control Commission, the Department of Insurance, the Economic Development Authority, the Board of Regulatory Commissioners, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Environmental Protection and Energy, the Army Corp of Engineers, and local and municipal zoning and planning boards. He serves also as General Counsel and Special Litigation Counsel for a number of governmental agencies. |
